How much wedding coverage do we need?+
Start with your ceremony, preparation locations, guest count, and reception plans. Karli helps identify the moments that matter and proposes coverage around the actual flow of your day.
Can you help with our family portrait list?+
Yes. Prepare the groupings and names of key family members before the wedding. Share any accessibility needs or sensitive family dynamics so portrait time can be handled thoughtfully.
Do we need a second photographer?+
It depends on the locations, guest count, timing, and simultaneous moments you want covered. Discuss it during planning so the proposal clearly states whether a second photographer is included or recommended.
Can we include engagement portraits or a separate session?+
Ask to include a separate portrait experience in your proposal. It can give you more time for a meaningful location and photographs outside the wedding-day schedule.
How do wedding payments work?+
Your proposal and wedding agreement set out the booking payment, balance, due dates, and terms. Ask Karli about payment arrangements before signing; a consultation alone does not reserve the date.
Do you photograph destination weddings?+
Yes. Share the destination and event schedule so travel, logistics, and coverage can be included in a personal proposal.
How do I request a session?+
Send the session request form with your preferred date, location, and what you have in mind. Expect a reply within 24 hours. If you want to talk first, choose the call option on the inquiry page.
Does an inquiry or call reserve my date?+
No. Karli first confirms availability and scope. Your proposal and agreement will explain the payment and signature requirements for reserving your session.
How much does a session cost?+
You receive a personal proposal based on session type, coverage time, location, group size, and intended use. It outlines the investment, included deliverables, and any additional costs before you commit.
When will I receive my photographs?+
The delivery timeframe and included images are confirmed in your proposal and agreement. Tell Karli about an announcement, launch, or other deadline before booking so it can be considered in the plan.
